TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF THE SYSTEM
Series: TECNO 140 SLIDE T.T.
Extruded aluminium alloy profiles: 6060 (UNI 9006-1)
Supply condition: T5
Dimensional tolerances and thickness: UNI 3879/UNI 755
Thermal insulation: is obtained using special 16 mm polyamide bars PA 66GF 25 that are inserted into suitable slots between the two sides of the previously knurled aluminium profiles and then secured on the outer aluminium side by rolling.
Commercial length of section bars: 6500 mm.
Standard dimensions:
- Fixed frame section 143.5 mm for the 2 track system and 217.5 mm for the 3 track system
- Wing frame section 60 mm
- side and lower overlap of the mobile panel on the fixed frame 9 mm
- upper overlap of the mobile panel on the fixed frame of 9 mm
Maximum width of glazing seat: 42 mm.
Locks: two or three point lock two or three point lock with possibility to fit a cylinder key for external opening.
Sliding: carriages with 300 kg maximum capacity on stainless steel guide positioned inside the lower tracks. Possibility of higher capacities with paired carriages.
Use: the SLIDE 140 T.T. PLUS system is suitable for the construction of windows and sliding doors with thermal break and two, three, and four panels using the fixed two track frame or three or six panels using the three track frame.

Test report No. 258614/4468/CPD issued by the Istituto Giordano as a notified testing laboratory (No. 0407) according to Directive 89/106/EEC (CPD).
