Extruded alloy profiles: A.A. 6060 UNI 9006/1
Thermal insulation is obtained using special 16 mm polyamide bars that are inserted into suitable slots between the two sides of the aluminium profiles and then secured on the outer aluminium side by rolling.
Dimensional tolerances and thickness: UNI 3879/UNI 755
Glass applications: insert glass maximum 36 or with standard or rounded glazing bead with 45 degree cuts, glass maximum 32.
Glass cavity: Variable according to the profiles used.

Standard dimensions of the system:

Fixed frame sec. 80/95,5 mm(for dual track system)
Fixed frame sec.133/148,5 mm(for three track system)
Mobile frame sec. 43mm.
Overlap between fixed and mobile frame 11 mm
Glass stop tongue 22 mm

Use: the system is suitable for the construction of windows and sliding doors with thermal break and two, three, four or more panels using the fixed three track frame.

TEST CERTIFICATE

The TECNO 90 SLIDE T.T. system obtained the following test results: test report No. 225336/1435/CPD issued by the Istituto Giordano as a notified testing laboratory (No. 0407) according to Directive 89/106/EEC (CPD).
