CLL controls multiple processing steps of material in a completely automatic way, such as the production of thermal break profiles, that involves inserting polyamide rod between two aluminium extruded parts.

"THERMAL BREAK" semi-finished products, designed and marketed by CLL, are transformed by end customers into high quality doors and windows, both from an aesthetic and above all by technological point of view.

In fact, thermal breaks comply with new energy saving regulations and improve soundproofing, with obvious positive effects on well-being inside homes and industrial premises.

The entire business process, from acquiring to processing orders, is managed and controlled by management and warehousing software, which optimize the preparation times of material, constantly improving delivery times.

When an order arrives, a procedure controlled by our computer network starts, which also tracks, groups and packages requested material.

The technicians in charge of these operations, check that the packages are shelved and ready to ship with company-owned vehicles.

This system has allowed CLL to recover a great deal of warehouse space, also rationalizing the presence of personnel, allowing it to dedicate more resources to research and production quality.

Another strong point of CLL production is the SHEET ALUMINIUM CUTTING LINE, which can meet the most demanding requirements, providing sheet metal cut to size directly from the conveyor.

Warehouse stock includes aluminium coils of various thicknesses and finishes such as untreated, painted and oxidised.
In fact, customers can optimize their work by ordering the sheets from CLL as required, thus avoiding any waste of material.
